Kartik Aaryan's Shehzada: Rs 9 Crore, Meeting With Sajid Nadiadwala And Anil Thadani Convinced Manish Shah To NOT Screen Allu Arjun Starrer Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo In Hindi -Report
Kartik Aaryan will soon be seen in the Telugu remake of Allu Arjun starrer Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo. The Hindi remake is titled 'Shehzada' and is directed by Rohit Dhawan. The movie has Kriti Sanon in the female lead. A couple of days ago, producer Manish Shah made headlines as he revealed that Kartik had warned to walk out of Shehzada if the Hindi dubbed version of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo was released in theatres. Shehzada team had released a statement and denied all of it.

Shehzada's team requested Manish to hold back on the premiere as it would affect the Hindi remake of the film. And now, according to ETimes, the producer of Alu Vaikunthapurramuloo Allu Aravnind needed mediators like Sajid Nadiadwala and leading distributor Anil Thadani to calm down Manish Shah for ensuring that the Hindi dubbed version of Allu Arjun starrer does not hit theatres.

ETimes quoted a source saying, "Manish bhai ko sirf paise ka rang dikhta hai. That day, the trio sat at Shah's office till 2.30 pm. It wasn't easy to convince Shah but the presence of Nadiadwala and Thadani helped, especially that of the former. The three arrived at Shah's office almost at the same time and spoke very nicely to Shah. Finally, they prevailed upon him - but not before settling an amount to the tune of Rs 9 crore with him." Talking about Kartik being called 'extremely unprofessional' by Manish Shah, the producers of Shehzada came to his defence. Bhushan Kumar of T-Series denied Manish Shah's allegations and said, "We, the producers felt that Shehzada should release in theatres first and not the Hindi version of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, hence we requested Goldmines not to release the Hindi version. And the release of the film is always the producer's decision and not the actor's. I have known Kartik since the beginning of his career. We have done multiple films together. He is one of the most professional actors I have worked with."

Rohit Dhawan said, "Kartik's intent and excitement for Shehzada is unquestionable. It's been a joy working with him. As director and actor, we share a solid bond and nothing can come in the way of our love for the film."
